I found the physios very efficient and caring.
Do not think they could improve they do 100%.
The care was second T none the staff (Meg Kelan and Helen on nights) were outstanding very polite very courteous and professional. Put meat ease made me smile.
Debbie Kirkman listens and feels like she genuinely wants to help me with medication and my pain management and I normally feel 'fobbed' off.
Helpful staff and volunteers.
I dislocated my shoulder some years go and had few physio sessions. This time with a sprained ankle and on going aches my over all care was fantastic. When first seen by Ruth Murry, she was thorough and took a good case history and gave me appropriate exercises. She handed my over to seen Flynn who then also looked at my needs and took time to understand my fitness and work out how to educated me to help promote long term health and wellness I am really happy with my treatment and care.
The friendliness from staff especially my care second one (Tina).
Talked me enough what she was doing and put me at ease days.

Very professional and caring I was seen earlier as I had another got at the hospital at 9.45 am and needed to came back at 3.20 pm for an MRI scan. I spoke to Shelley who was very supportive in getting me an earlier appointment Shelley would deserve a staff award for MRI.
Very caring girls and satisfied with my care.
Staff are caring and good humored even at different times. All staff do what they need to do efficiently.
Sometimes the wait for a response to a buzzer seems very long. Not sure what can be done about this as we all understand why this happen.
On a couple of occasions the bright lights have been left on very late. If rands are running late perhaps the lights could at least be deemed at, say, 23:00.
